HELP UKAINIAN ORPHANS NOW!

The brutal attack on the country of Ukraine has been a global crisis. It has torn apart families, and traumatized its citizens. One of Ukraines most vulnerable populations its orphans have been hit particularly hard. Facilitators, drivers, orphanage staff and fellow citizens have been working hard to help these children get to safety and to keep some source of normalcy. 

Two organizations who have many years of experience working with Ukrainian orphans are asking for help! They desperately need funds to help the displaced orphans and those orphans still in Ukraine and awaiting evacuation. 

OPEN HEARTS AND HOMES FOR CHILDREN ​

​Donations to OHHC will be used to help provide for material needs (food, medicine, clothes, shoes, school supplies) for the children still in orphanages and those whom have been displaced due to the war in Ukraine. Our partners are on the ground, personally delivering items where they are intended to go and helping to evacuate children. Our Ukraine team is dedicated to the safety and welfare of the orphans and the orphanage staff.

CHILD ADOPTION ASSOCIATES, INC.

The orphans who have been evacuated to other countries, do not speak foreign languages and cannot attend the local schools. 
There are hundreds and hundreds of children live in hotels. They have no books, no computers. These children struggle but this falls under the radar because physical safety is, of course, a priority now.
Given the stress these children have experienced, the lack of attention to them now, the lack of regular classes and extra learning activities may result in significant developmental delay.
Donations are to pay for computers, tablets, and supplies to be distributed to make-shift classrooms  that a number of amazing volunteers can use to help the orphans.
